Getting into The Space is a task in itself. I haven’t had a key to get into the gated area for close to a year (entrance part 1). So, if the front gate isn’t opened, you have to go around the back of a building and come down the roof of the space. If the gate is open, this means that the doberman pinschers are out; which means fending off dogs that have bitten 3 people already. These dogs deficate in stagnate water. This water puddles and we have to place obstacles so that we don’t step into the health-hazard concoction. Getting a wet shoe-full of this sludge is enough to ruin your day, for sure. If you happen to escape all these obstacles unscathed; the next task is to dodge massive mounds of yet more dog feces. These mounds are often strategically located in front of our door. This may seem an easy task, however, after a few suds at night, it’s an inevitable poo-foot. Just hope this encounter doesn’t cause you to completely slip to the ground (it has happened to people). One would ask, ‘why go thru all this trouble.’ Well, once inside, all the trauma endured escapes at once, and you are overwhelmed with the beauty of skating potential (as shown in photos below).

Went to The Space to build and encountered this bum rummaging through the collectables. Guy musta made-out like a bandit, there were at least 6 garbage bags full of cans.
